个人简历:秦启轩,男,汉族,1991 年出生于甘肃省靖远县。2011 年考入吉林大学电子科学与工程学院电子信息科学与技术专业,2015 年毕业并获得理学学士学位。2016 年考入吉林大学电子科学与工程学院集成电路工程专业,2019 年获得工学硕士学位。同年通过推荐审核制方式进入吉林大学电子科学与工程学院物理电子学专业攻读博士。
