杨家琪,男,1993年1月出生于山西省吕梁市。2016年9月进入吉林大学化学学院应用化学专业攻读硕士学位,2019年9月考入吉林大学电子科学与工程学院微电子学与固体电子学专业攻读博士学位,博士期间的主要研究方向是先进功能材料与气体传感器件。
